1. Bookings & Payment Policy
All travel arrangements are subject to availability and the following payment conditions:
- A minimum advance payment of 25% is typically required to secure most bookings.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days.
- Payments can be made via major credit cards, bank transfers, or UPI.
- Travel prices remain subject to revision until the complete payment is received.
Important: Certain airlines, hotels, or tour operators may require full payment at the time of reservation. If this applies, our team will inform you in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees depend on how early the booking is canceled:
- More than 30 days before travel: 10% of the total booking amount
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% of the total booking amount
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the booking cost
3. Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for carrying all necessary documents required for their journey, including:
- A valid passport with at least six months validity (for international travel)
- Appropriate visas for the destination country
- Vaccination certificates where applicable
- Travel insurance documents, if required
Name Corrections
Fees for name changes vary depending on the service provider:
- Domestic flights: ₹500 – ₹2,000 per change
- Hotels and tour services: Charges depend on the supplier’s policy
4. Changes or Modifications by Us
Although Kaashvi Holidays aims to operate tours exactly as planned, certain situations may require adjustments. We reserve the right to:
- Revise itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
- Replace hotels with similar-category accommodations if necessary
- Adjust transport arrangements where required
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:
- Natural calamities
- War, terrorism, or civil disturbances
- Government restrictions or policy changes
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Any other unavoidable circumstances
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical treatment and emergency evacuation
- Loss or delay of baggage
- Personal liability
Please note: Some destinations may require proof of insurance before entry.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kaashvi Holidays functions as a booking facilitator between travelers and various service providers.
- We are not responsible for the actions or negligence of third-party travel suppliers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
- We are not accountable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Health & Safety
Travelers must ensure they:
- Are physically fit for travel
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Respect local laws and cultural practices at the destination
7. Special Requests
While we try our best to accommodate special requirements, they cannot always be guaranteed.
- Dietary preferences (must be shared at the time of booking)
- Room preferences which depend on hotel availability
- Accessibility requirements that must be confirmed beforehand
Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more travelers:
- A higher advance payment (usually 50%) may be required
- Stricter cancellation policies may apply
- A complete rooming list must be submitted at least 45 days before departure
8. Dispute Resolution
- Both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion and negotiation.
- If unresolved, mediation may be pursued through the Indian Association of Tour Operators.
- If necessary, legal proceedings will be handled by courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
Governing Law : These terms are governed by the laws of India, and all legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
9. General Provisions
Pricing & Taxes All prices may include:

- Fuel or airline surcharges
